STAGE 1

Written Application

The written application is your chance to introduce yourself and tell us why you’re interested in consulting and in Scope. We want to learn more about your experiences, interests, and what excites you about joining our organization. This helps us get to know you beyond your resume.

STAGE 2

Group Interview

If you advance to Stage 2, you’ll take part in a group case interview, which is designed to be a simplified simulation of real consulting engagement. You will work with a team of fellow candidates to solve a problem. We’re interested to see how you approach unfamiliar challenges and communicate your ideas while collaborating as a team. This phase is designed to be interactive and gives us insight into how you contribute in a group setting.

Dress Code: Business Professional

  • Required:

    • Charged laptop

    Optional:

    • Notebook & writing utensil

  • No preparation is needed! Everything you need to know will be provided during the interview.

STAGE 3

Individual Interview

If you advance past the group interview, the individual interview is the final stage of our recruitment process. The interview includes a behavioral portion and a technical portion. Candidates will choose in advance between a business case or a computer science-focused technical. This is also an opportunity for us to get to know you better and for you to learn more about Scope and see if it’s the right fit for you.
